Quality of Life Caretm
is a comprehensive support, guidance and education program for
patients, caregivers and family with serious types of cancers. Every step of the way - right after diagnoses, at the time
of treatment decision, during treatment and after treatment is
complete - we answer questions, alleviate concerns, help speak
with the doctors, track down research on clinical trials and new
treatment options as well as introduce discussions about
palliative care and hospice if needed.
Our program is a new standard-of-care for patients with cancer
and assists those within their total support system, including family, employer
and care providers, to positively impact them during this critical
time in their lives. Providers do
not have the staff or the time, and employers and payors do not have the
critically needed oncology nurses to support the patient and family. ECI has a
dedicated oncology staff to meet these needs.
