care continuum. Our services have been clinically proven to
cost-effectively improve health status and control costs by
preventing disease exacerbations and hospital admissions.

is a physician directed,
nurse practitioner driven nursing home, medical care support
system. Our clinicians supplement physicians by caring for the
patients when acutely ill.

Quality of Life Care TM
is a comprehensive support, guidance and education program for
patients, caregivers and family during critical times in cancer
care. Every step of the way - right after diagnoses, at the time
of treatment decision, during treatment and after treatment is
complete - we answer questions, alleviate concerns, help speak
with the doctors, track down research on clinical trials and new
treatment options as well as introduce discussions about
palliative care and hospice if needed.

ECI TECHNOLOGY
ECI has developed a proprietary, state-of-the-art, integrated, Web-based
electronic health record (EHR) and care management application that permits our staff to collect and process data and use it in a real-time.
Our application runs on a Tablet PC that interfaces with
cellular connectivity. All assessments and interventions are
recorded directly onto the tablet and most communications are done
via secure cellular channel e-mail and fax.
This system results in more efficient use of nursing time and rapid creation of data for tracking and outcomes analysis.
It is the dash board for our programs.
The ECI information system:
Includes imbedded clinical guidelines, care plans and report
writers
Links the ECI nurse to the patients' care team including the physician(s), MCOs, Hospitals and ECI
Provides on-site and remote user access to patient information and ECI databases 24/7
